Below are a series of images drawn of the characters used in the final Tarot Deck that are Pastiches of several famous art pieces.
Michelangelo's Pietà
Drawn using a reference image the left hand piece is a dramatic representation of an intensely emotional scene. Here we see Mouse carrying Xander back to a safe place after he has nearly burnt himself to a crisp in an emotional breakdown. Mouse is desperately trying to keep him alive.
Rossetti's Proserpine
Drawn to resemble the Rossetti, the left hand piece has Raven holding a fresh apple. Throughout the campaign she had an almost obsessive need to offer people apples. It seemed an interesting way to personify her relationship with the fruit. Raven also has a direct connection with the Goddess of Death, making the comparison ideal.
